Going Home
Your physician will decide when you are ready to be discharged from the hospital. A Discharge Planner may be asked to work with you to coordinate any services you might need after your hospitalization. After your discharge you will be mailed a Patient Satisfaction Survey Form. We ask that you please complete this survey so that we may continually strive to improve the quality of health care that Sutter Maternity & Surgery Center provides in our community.
Continuing Your Care
Home Healthcare
After your hospital stay you may need nursing care, therapy, or personal assistance at home. The Hospital Discharge Planner can help you coordinate these services.
