Our Pledge To You

Since opening in March 1996, this "Pledge to our Patients" has been the foundation of all we do:

  • We will always, always remember the one and only reason we are in business is to take care of our patients.
  • We will provide personal, individualized, quality care with compassion, respect and concern for privacy.
  • We will work in partnership with patients' own highly qualified physicians to provide safe, progressive medical care.
  • We will encourage patients to take the lead role in their care because only they know what feels best for them.
  • We will keep patients and their families apprised of what is happening and why, as this is a major part of care-giving

    Speak Up Program
    In March 2002, the Joint Commission, together with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), launched a national program to urge patients to take a role in preventing health care errors by becoming active, involved and informed participants on the health care team.
